All employees are eligible to be nominated for any of the categories.

All employees get to nominate staff/teams for the chosen categories. Nominees will be reviewed by Ogilvy JHB Management and winners will be announced at the quarterly staff catchup.

All winners must behave in accordance with Ogilvy values.

The ‘Freedom of Ogilvy’ award can be given to more than one individual, but it also might not be awarded in the quarter at all. All nominated people from previous awards will get entry into the ‘Freedom of Ogilvy’ and a Wild Card can be nominated, too.
